Massage Therapy

The art of massage has been around for generations, some stemming from the eastern modalities of Shiatsu and Ayurvedic to more western therapies such as craniosacral therapy and lymphatic massage. We apply a blend of them all to help relieve pain and stress in your body.

Craniosacral Therapy

A craniosacral session involves the practitioner "listening to the body's rhythms through their hands" to discover the areas of blockage or inertia in soft tissue and the nervous system.

As a less invasive method, this methods is recommended for everyone including the elderly and infirm. Results include the return of 100% range of motion to complete pain relief, helping the body cope with PTSD and anxiety issues.

Graston Technique.

Graston Technique will not only  accelerate your rehabilitation but you will be able to continue working , running, lifting and more Pain Free.

2/3 of NFL, NBA and MLB teams use this technique to help their athletes recover injuries and sprains and after any surgeries.

Hygiene Protocols

For your safety and to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we observe the following precautions for each session:

  • All visible surfaces and the face cradle are sanitized with a UV light sanitizer.
  • 4 layers are provided on the face cradle and changed after each client.
  • Hand sanitizer with 60% alcohol content is available for clients and therapists.
  • Face masks are worn at all times.

  • All surfaces are wiped with antibacterial spray after each client and at the beginning and end of every shift.
  • Clients are provided with hot wet and dry towels at the end of each session so they can wipe their hands after the session.

All are practice guidelines taken from  ABMP
